Two Pittsburgh area residents were arrested Monday in Blair County after allegedly being busted with more than $9,000 worth of drugs.
Logan Township police charged James Watts Jr., 18, Glassport, and a juvenile after stopping the two while leaving an East 6th Avenue apartment in Altoona.
According to a probable-cause affidavit, Watts led police on a foot chase before being arrested.
Police found $472, seven grams of crack, five grams of cocaine, five grams of heroin, more than 40 Xanax pills and approximately 264 bags of heroin on Watts, according to the affidavit.

UPDATE | CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Bellefonte Borough police chief Shawn Weaver has reportedly resigned amidst controversary surrounding the police department.
Two other officers recently resigned from the force, and a third retired in January.
Bellefonte Borough Council met Monday night, however, the borough's police situation was reportedly not addressed.
In the past, the Bellefonte police force has included upwards of ten to twelve officers.
The now former police chief had served in the role since 2006.
CLEARFIELD, Pa. - Clearfield Fire Department members received 25 new state-of-the-art MSA air packs that cost nearly $150,000, officials said.
Officials said the air packs are powered by rechargeable batteries and have several warning systems to indicate lack of motion, high temperature and air consumption. There are also two other methods to monitor when the air is running low.

Cohen is one of several witnesses testifying in the hush money trial against Trump. He told prosecutors details about Trump’s past and tied him to alleged schemes to cover up stories that could have damaged Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Just before taking the stand Monday, Cohen received a message from O’Donnell reading “breathe - relax - tell the truth - u got this - i love u,” the New York Times wrote.
UNIVERSITY PARK - Fifth-year senior linebacker Nyeem Wartman-White will miss the rest of the season after suffering what appeared to be another knee injury against Temple. The exact injury was undisclosed by the team.
Wartman-White fell down during a Penn State punt on Saturday after his right leg appeared to buckle. He later returned to the sidelines on crutches with a brace around his right leg.
This will be Wartman-White's second year in a row missing a season due to injury.
UPDATE | Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities say Lexus Simms, the self-proclaimed "wife" of 41-year-old Marvin Price, who was gunned down in his vehicle last month in the Moxham-section of the city, has been caught.
Officials say the 26-year-old failed to appear in court on Wednesday on charges related to Price's death after police say she allegedly stole the phone of the suspected shooter from the crime scene.
Simms was initially taken into custody earlier this month in Washington D.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WCAU) — Authorities in Allentown say an officer shot and killed a 20-year-old man during an exchange of gunfire Friday night.
Police say it all began when officers witnessed an assault on the street.
Investigators say the officers then chased the suspect, who reportedly pulled out a gun and opened fire on the officers.
Police say one bullet grazed an officer's bullet proof vest and an officer returned fire, killing the suspect.
