BELLEFONTE, Pa. (WJAC) — One church in Bellefonte held its regular clothing bank Saturday, where folks could get all kinds of clothes for free.
"They wanted someplace for the local people to come, who didn't have to pay for any clothing," Cathy Torsell, the event's organizer, told 6 News.
She said the clothing bank started with two members of the St. John's United Church of Christ around 2017.
"We started with — I think [one of the members] said — two racks, and probably about 24 pieces of clothing.

PILESGROVE, N.J. -- Authorities say a horse tossed a rodeo performer off its back in front of a crowd of thousands and then trampled him to death.
Nineteen-year-old bareback rider Coy Lutz was trampled Saturday night at the Cowtown Rodeo in Pilesgrove, about 35 miles southwest of Philadelphia. The Howard, Pennsylvania, resident died shortly afterward at a hospital.
Cowtown Rodeo owner Grant Harris told NJ.com this was the first time a rodeo participant had died from injuries suffered in the event.
LOS ANGELES (TND) — Tennis Channel's "T2" network will dedicate Tuesdays to women's tennis starting in early June, a spokesperson told The National Desk today.

Professor Harris has a background in criminal procedures and evidence and has done extensive research on police and community relations.

TOPSHAM, Maine (WGME) — Several people are hurt after a monster truck accidentally pulled down a utility pole onto some spectators in Maine on Saturday.
Renegade Monster Truck Tour was hosting a show at the Topsham Fairgrounds when police say one of their trucks went off a jump and hit an utility wire that was running above the race track.
The wire got stuck on the truck and pulled down several utility poles, one of which was near the spectator viewing area.
Venango County, PA — Authorities in Venango County say an Oil City man is behind bars following an investigation into the rape and murder of a woman who had been reported missing last month.
Police say the body of Marcy Suzette Nellis was found along a bike trail on the morning of March 27th, after she had been reported missing the previous day.
Investigators say an autopsy determined that Nellis had been strangled and sexually assaulted.
HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) -- The Everett Railroad is giving passengers a chance to punch their ticket to the past, offering rides on one of their steam locomotives this weekend.
On Saturday, passengers will climb aboard a restored 1920s steam engine at the Hollidaysburg Depot Station and embark on a three-hour journey.
The American Locomotive Company model 260 No. 11 will carry 240 passengers in five cars as part of Steam into the Cove.
CENTRE CO, Pa (WJAC) — Friday was the opening night of the Grange Fair in Centre County, which included the opening ceremony, truck pulling, an animal dressing contest, line dancing and much more.
The Grange Fair runs through next Saturday.
This year's Grange Fair queen is State College Area high school student Mattee Stoicheff, who was crowned on Wednesday at the fairgrounds in Centre Hall.
She has been coming to the fair since she was an infant and her family has had a tent at the fair for many years.
