Missing Punxsy man found dead in Allegheny River

ARMSTRONG CO, Pa (WJAC) — According to a release from the Armstrong County coroner's office, a Punxsutawney man was found dead in the Allegheny River on Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities say 38-year-old Nathan Paul Lauer had been missing since last Saturday.
Lauer was pronounced dead at the scene by Armstrong County coroner Brian Myers, and an autopsy is pending.
State police and the coroner's office are still investigating the incident, the release notes.
