All-Pro Brown lands on Madden cover

PITTSBURGH - Steelers All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown got the honor and double-edged sword of making the Madden cover.

Brown is the featured player on this year's Madden video game cover.

He is the second Steelers player to grace the cover of the iconic game.

The honor is bestowed on one of the NFL's elite players each year, but since its inception, many of those players have either suffered injuries or saw a drop in their production on the field after they were featured on the cover.

Brown and the Steelers will be hopeful he can avoid the "Madden Curse" and remain arguably the most productive receiver in the league.

Last season, Brown caught 101 passes for a NFL-leading 1,533 yards.

The Central Michigan graduate has led the league in receiving yards and receptions two times each and has caught at least 100 passes in the past five seasons.
